How does it work?
It's easy! Head over to the shop, find something you like and place an order. You'll be notified of our delivery progress through text and email. Then when your courier shows up, meet them at the door, pay by debit or cash and that's that!
How do I know my order went through?
When you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email, as well as a text message with a link to track your delivery.
I didn’t get a text.
It probably just got caught in your text spam filter. If you’re using iOS, check your “Unknown Senders”. It should be in there.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or debit upon delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a $9 delivery fee.
Do I need to show ID?
Yes indeed. We check ID for all our customers before delivery can be completed. Think of it as a compliment.
How old do I have to be to place an order?
To place an order with C4D we require that you are at least 18 years of age.
How long goes delivery take?
Delivery usually takes within 90 minutes.
My order took longer than 60 minutes...
Sometimes things out of our control come up. If we’re late, we’ll sort you out with something nice.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Not at this time. We deliver orders as they come in. If you want an order for later, no need to plan ahead. Just hop into the shop 20-30 minutes before you want your delivery and make your order. If we're close by, we might only be 5 minutes, if there's a bit of a queue it could take up to 45 minutes.
What are your delivery hours?
Our shop is open between 12pm and 8pm MT, seven days a week. We're closed on some holidays.
How do I use my C4D points?
When you have 400 or more points, you will see a message during checkout that says "Use C4D points for a discount on this order!" with a button that says "Apply Discount". Simply press the "Apply Discount" button to apply your points to the order. Remember, you have to earn at least 400 points before you can use them.
Is your packaging discreet?
We’re pretty low key and so is our packaging. Everything is packaged discreetly and professionally.
What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
Damn that's our bad! Start a chat with our customer satisfaction team by clicking on the little green talk bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Have your order number handy and we'll get things resolved as quickly as possible.
Do you share my information with anyone?
We would never! C4D is no narc.
